ICDC is dedicated to excellence and the advancement of teaching and training through innovation in publishing. Our long-term goal is to publish and promote skill-based training programs and supplemental material. This is why we focus on developing content that:

ICDC Publishing Inc. was started in 1989 by Sharon E. Brown, Mannon Kaplan, and George Rivin. Working in her position as an auditor for Miller Kaplan, Arase & Co., LLP (one of the top 100 certified public accounting firms in the United States), Ms. Brown discovered that many clients were having difficulty with the processing and payment of health insurance claims. ICDC was created to assist with providing both training and training materials for auditors and workers in the medical billing and health claims industries.

After successfully running a training company for several years, ICDC reorganized into a publishing company to better serve client needs. Since that time, ICDC has grown and added additional texts to its product line and provides consulting services. ICDC strives to produce high-quality training materials which teach a complete set of job skills in an easy-to-understand manner.
