All-Inclusive 

Instructional Material (AIM™)

Provides the facilitator with all the materials necessary to quickly and easily start and run a new program.  The materials are set up in a modular design for ease of implementation. 

AIM™ consists of the following components: 

• PREP™ (Program Roadmaps and Enrollment Promotionals);
• PACE™ (Progressive Academic Curriculum for Edification);
• PEAK™ (Performance Evaluators and Answer Keys);
• FLEX™ (Foundational Learning Enhancement Exercises); and
• FLOW™ (Facilitate Launch into Objective and  Well-Being).

Many training institutions have gained state and accrediting agency approval with our materials.

   Program Roadmaps and Enrollment Promotionals (PREP™) 

Provides the facilitator with an overview of the program to help with marketing, student recruitment, course scheduling and delivery, and student placement. 

The PREP™ includes the following:

Enrollment Promotionals – More than twenty sample letters and brochures are included to assist in the recruitment and enrollment of new students. To assist with student placement, the marketing material provided contains a labor market survey and job analysis. 

Program Roadmap – Provides the instructor with general information on the program’s structure and details on how to obtain maximum benefits from the program materials. The programs are organized into modules that are structured to be small, individual, and topic-specific in order to emphasize the importance of learning through participation and practice. The program roadmaps include an overview of the course modularization and information about how to best schedule the course.

Progressive Academic 

Curriculum for Edification (PACE™ )

Provides the facilitator with the necessary tools and resources to quickly and easily start and run a program and to teach the course in an interactive and engaging way. 

The PACE™ includes the following: 

• Daily Lesson Plans;
• Topics/Lessons Covered;
• Performance Objectives;
• Required Materials List;
• Discussion/Investigation Questions;
• PowerPoint Slides; and
• Evaluation Tools and Resources.

Program Modularization – The modules also follow the sequence of the textbook and companion exercise books. The flexible modular design allows institutions to easily alter the program’s length and sequence, and to have concurrent enrollments. The Program Modularization includes: module objectives, program prerequisites, and chapters covered.

Performance Evaluators and 

Answer Keys (PEAK™)

Provides the facilitator with the necessary tools and resources to assess the student’s or employee’s progress at critical stages in the program. 

The PEAKs™ are categorized by chapter and includes the following: 

• On the Job Now Exercise Answers;
• End of Chapter Exercise Answers;
• Honors Certification™ Challenges; and
• Honors Certification™ Challenges Answers.

All of our PEAKs™ contain Test Banks whose questions and exams are developed from module objectives. Test Banks include the following:

• Fill-in Questions;
• Multiple Choice Questions;
• Short Answers;
• True or False Questions;
• Matching Exercises;
• Problem Solving; and
• Test Bank Answer Keys.

​Foundational Learning 

Enhancement Exercises (FLEX™)

Allows students to learn and practice the skills necessary to sit for various certifications within their designated field of employment. These companion workbooks provide students with an environment to reinforce, through practical exercises, what they have learned in class and in the textbooks. These exercises are structured so that understanding of the learned concepts is deepened and solidified. 

The FLEX™ workbooks are suited for both use in a classroom setting or self-study.

  Facilitate Launch into Objective 

and Well-Being (FLOW™)

Provides the institution with resources and tools to help facilitate the successful launch of graduates into the working world. The student has performed all requirements for completion of the program and is now ready to go out in the world equipped with their newly acquired knowledge and skills.  Arming the graduate with valuable resources and tools provides them with confidence and assists them in achieving success.  

The FLOW™ includes the following components:

Program Completion Certificate;

Honors Certification Certificate;

Resume Template;

What’s Next Pamphlet?;

Sample Letters of Recommendation; and

Exit Interview Survey.

We believe that a momentary escape from strongly structured academic material facilitates information uptake and endurance. But more importantly, we believe it makes learning more enjoyable, which is a value that we seek to incorporate into as many facets of our products as possible.
